Where are you located?
Our physical address is in the Panhandel of Florida however as our primary store is on line only our inventory i housed at our physical address.

Will the item/s I purchase be new, used or `reconditioned;?
All of our items are new and still in their original packaging. However, occassionally we do receive `reconditioned' merchandise and offer these items with much lower prices to our customers. Should a reconditioned item be offered for sale it will state in the items description that the item although in perfectly good working condition is reconditioned.

What happens to damaged or returned/unsold merchandise?
Of course items returned in good condition and not damaged are always offered first for resell. Sometimes we cancel items and still have a few left or God Forbid we suffer damage to our merchandise. Should this happen reusable items are taken to nearby shelters and given to those who might need them.

What happens if I am not happy with my order? Do you offer a refund?
We strive to make our customers happy with their merchandise and take special pains to acuratly and adaquitly describe each item. We use one of our best cameras to give you the best quality picture of our merchandise. All orders are packaged carefully by hand to insure against macjine errors and are shipped insured with a tracking number. But we recognise that occassionally a customer still is not atisfied. Thus we will do our very best to resolve any issues you might have Just please contact us immediatly otherwise we will assime after 3 days of receipt that you are in fact very satisfied.

Ok, I got that. But do you offer a refund or exchange?
If after we have done everything possible to insure your satisfaction you are still not satisfied then yes. You will be offered a refund or exchange after you return the merchandise in it's original packaging and in the same condition as we shipped it. If the item was damaged after it left our warehouse then you will need to contact the shipper for insurance reimbursement as we can not be responsible for mishandeling from shipping carriers.
